Where do you deliver?
We offer local deliver to all locations including hotels, resorts, vacation homes, hospitals and residential delivery in Orlando and Kissimmee, Florida. We also offer shipping to all US territory.
How can I order a Gift Basket?
You can order directly from our secure online web page or you can send us an e-mail with the details of your order and, we will process the order and billing you via pay pal invoice.
How many day in advance I can order?
You can order the whole year with the time you decide but we need at least two days for create your order, we understand sometimes you need your gifts as emergency, if we can, we will create it with less time but depend on our availability and you will need to contact us before you submit your order.
What are my payment options?
- We accept all major credit cards. All payments are processed though Nani’s Creations secure web page.
- We also offer payment via PayPal.
Can I create my own Gift Basket?
If you don’t find the perfect Gift Basket within our categories, you can contact us via email, text or WhatsApp and we will help you to create you gift, we don’t offer change via phones since we are constantly outside our office.
Can I add balloons to my Gift Baskets?
Yes, We offer different balloons bouquets. Some places prohibit the entrance of balloons as Animal Kingdom Resorts and some hospitals. We are not responsible if the items are refused at the moment of the delivery. Before you add balloons, check the policy of the location.
Do you deliver the same products showed on the pictures?
Normally yes, but sometimes the products that you see are out of stock or discontinued mostly with the Disney merchandise which is constantly renewed. We will do our best to substitute with a similar item. We will let you know of any changes with a picture of the new item/s.
Am I required to show an ID for alcohol delivery?
Florida law requires that alcohol deliveries are made only with a valid photo ID and signature. The Guest can call the front desk for delivery when they return.
Do I need to create an account?
No, you don’t have to create an account with us, you can select your preferred checkup option with or without an account.
RESORTS AND HOTELS DELIVERIES
Which resorts do you deliver in Orlando, Florida?
We offer local delivery to all Disney World resorts, Universal Studios, Sea World and surrounding hotels.
Will my gift be delivered directly to the room?
We deliver all packages to Front Desks. The resort/hotel team will notify guest in the room that there is a package for them. Delivery of the package is coordinated between the front desk team and the guest.
Gifts will be delivered according on your selected delivery date. You must be present for your gift to be delivered to your room, or you can pick it up at your resort front desk. If you trip dates change, you need to contact us with at least 24 hours if not you will incur in a redelivery fee of $20.
Do you need any specific information for deliver to the resorts?
For orders being sent to a hotel or resort, you’ll need to provide the following information to ensure your gift finds its way to your recipient on time:
- Lead Guest Full Name
- Reservation Confirmation #
- Check-in & check-out dates
