Refund and Returns Policy

1. Ordering and Payment
All orders must be placed through our website or approved contact methods.

Full payment is required at the time of purchase.

2. Customizations and Personalization
Many of our gift baskets are personalized with custom messages and themes.

It is your responsibility to provide accurate details during checkout.

We are not liable for misspellings or incorrect delivery info provided by the customer.

3. Delivery Policy
Local Delivery (Orlando Area):
We deliver to select locations including Walt Disney World® Resorts, Universal Orlando Resorts, and hotels in Orlando, Kissimmee, and Lake Buena Vista.

A $12 delivery fee applies.

We require at least 48 hours’ notice for local deliveries.

Deliveries are made to hotel front desks or bell services, in accordance with hotel policies.

Nationwide Shipping:
Shipping is available across the continental U.S. with 7 days’ notice.

We are not responsible for shipping delays once an item is in transit.

4. Cancellations and Refunds
Orders canceled 48 hours before delivery may be eligible for a refund (minus a processing fee).

We do not accept returns for Gift Baskets delivered. We work very attentive and diligent in every gift basket guaranteeing that the final product has the quality necessary to realize your expectations.

Custom orders are non-refundable once production has begun.

5. Product Substitutions
We reserve the right to substitute items of equal or greater value due to product availability.

All substitutions will be made with the customer experience in mind.

11. Order Cancellation

Same-day orders are processed immediately, and usually cannot be changed. To cancel or change an order that has not been processed, please send us an e-mail at info@naniscreations.com

Shipping policy

The shipping sourcing is ups or usps, as soon we send the product out of shipping this companies need to be contacted in the event you don’t receive your product or for any damage suffer for the delivery. You need to choose the date of delivery same as the day you will need the third party can delivery according with their schedule, we are not responsible if the order is delivered on different day after we send you the product and proof of the delivery where you can track the order using the third-party system.
